Returns and Cancellation

We hope that you are happy with your Sweety Lovey order. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we will be happy to assist you in exchanging the item purchased for an alternative item or to offer you a refund for the value of the original item purchased, not including shipping costs. Please note that we do not offer refunds for “change of mind purchases or if the item is not what you expected”.

An item will only be accepted for an exchange or a store credit if the following conditions are met:

  • You contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item to arrange its prompt return. In order to process your return as soon as possible, please email us at stating your order number and details of the Item purchased.
  • You return the item with a completed return form, at your own expense, within 14 days of receipt of the item to

  • Download a return form
  • The item is returned to us  unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.
  • Returned items must be securely repackaged. We recommend that you use an insured registered mail service as returns not received by us can not be exchanged or credited to you.

 Provided the following conditions are met, we will notify you by email when we receive your returned item and will proceed withthe exchange or credit.

Please note that we are unable to guarantee that an exchange items will be available at the time your request for an exchange is received. In these instances, we will notify you by email to arrange an alternative item, or a credit for your account.

All postage costs for exchanges or credit notes will be your responsibility. For returns postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date when a replacement item is unavailable, a credit will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. Credits typically post within 1-2 billing cycles.
